The second type of license available in Florida is a Federal Type I, which allows sale or service of alcohol within premises that have been issued a food-service certificate with at least 60% percent revenue generated from food sales. With this liquor license you must submit financial statements covering all business operations during the previous three years along with current projected figures showing how you will meet any payments required if your application is approved.
